Our well-appointed two-bedroom apartment for rent in Phuket town, Thailand, is conveniently located in a quiet location in the southern area of Phuket town, just ten minutes north of Chalong Circle. The Phuket Town two-bedroom apartment is in the new Pornsawan development, near Dowroong school on Chao Fa East Road. The exceptional two-bedroom condominium in Phuket Town is unfurnished at present, with air conditioning plus ceiling fans in all rooms, and two modern, well-equipped western-style bathrooms. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with bath and rain-style shower, and hot water is supplied from a central water heater to both bathrooms and the kitchen.

The two-bedroom condo in Phuket Town has recently been refitted, so furniture has yet to be installed. This gives tenants the choice of furnishing the unit for themselves, or taking the apartment fully furnished (which can be arranged within a few days).

8MB WiFi Internet and True Visions (UBC) Platinum package satellite TV are both available free of charge.

The balcony opens up fully to the living room via full-width French windows, which are fitted with tinted glass.

The Phuket Town apartment is on the fifth floor of the building, offering an uninterrupted mountain view, with the Phuket Big Buddha in the distance.
